The processing precision can reach ±0.01mm. Fiber laser cutting delivers smooth cutting surfaces. All workpieces are deburred after bending and welding to effectively prevent deformation.
3. Can you process customized products only based on drawings or samples?
We offer three processing modes: drawing-based, sample-based and material-supplied processing.
4. What surface treatment processes are available?
We provide wire drawing, mirror polishing, sandblasting, electrolytic passivation, pickling to remove fingerprints and more. These treatments improve rust resistance and appearance according to service environments.
5. Is there a minimum order quantity? Can I get prototypes first?
There is no strict MOQ. We accept small-batch prototyping and mass production. Mass production will only start after prototypes are confirmed qualified.
